Leslie Erickson
Leslie is an advisor and executive coach with over a decade of experience in private equity. She specializes in collaborating with deal teams, portfolio operations, and executives to navigate complexity and make talent-informed investment decisions that drive outsized performance and value creation.
Prior to her current role, Leslie co-founded the Leadership, Talent & Org practice at PwC, where she provided strategic advice to private equity clients and portfolio companies throughout the deal lifecycle. Her expertise is grounded in a deep understanding of the investment theses and value creation through a talent lens.
Leslie's career in private equity includes roles as a Vice President at Cressey & Company, where she evaluated and executed investments within the healthcare industry, and was on the deal teams at The Edgewater Funds and Trinity Hunt Partners, where she focused on leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments. She began her career as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse.
With board experience spanning healthcare, technology, non-profit, and higher education, Leslie brings a diverse perspective to her work. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (F.C. Austin Scholar), a BBA in Business Honors and Finance, and a BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, she has earned a Graduate Level Degree in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding University.
Leslie resides in Manhattan with her architect husband, toddler, and mini goldendoodle. In her free time, she enjoys exploring New York City's food scene and chasing after her energetic toddler in parks and museums.
