Ashna Gupta
Ashna brings to Incandescent a passion for unlocking full potential within organizations, with a focus on the decisive role that organizational dynamics play in enabling and catalyzing business performance. Prior to Incandescent, Ashna worked at The Carlyle Group, where she formalized Carlyle's approach to portfolio value creation through an understanding of the major levers that unlock value throughout the investment lifecycle. Ashna worked with multi-stakeholder groups to implement a broad range of value creation initiatives (e.g., full potential analysis, growth strategy, talent development) within portfolio companies. It was through this work that she became fascinated by the concept of organizational alignment (i.e., organization design, operating rhythms, culture, talent) as a cornerstone for sustainable value creation.
Ashna began her career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger, where she focused on developing and executing growth strategies for large industrial manufacturers whilst co-leading the Americas Women@RolandBerger team. She graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics and Learning and Organizational Change. In her free time, you’ll find Ashna wandering through New York City's neighborhoods, spinning at SoulCycle, or enjoying some quiet time at home with a book in hand.
