Yulia Khoruzhik

Yulia brings to Incandescent a passion for employing human-centered approaches to help leaders unlock the full potential of their teams and organizations. She works at the intersection of strategy, culture and talent to advise clients on their most pressing leadership challenges in the contexts of change and transformation.

Prior to Incandescent, Yulia was an independent consultant and held a series of roles with Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory practice, partnering with clients across industries on initiatives related to leadership development, top team effectiveness, and organizational culture assessment and change.

Yulia holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Brown University. She now enjoys exploring the latest thinking in the fields of neuroscience and behavioral science to inform her advisory work.

Outside the office, you can find Yulia trying out new dance moves, meditating, taking care of her many plants, or spending time with friends and family.
