Leigh Hunt
Leigh is passionate about the intersection of business and impact, seeing strategy as a tool to achieve both strong economic performance and positive social outcomes.
Before joining Incandescent, Leigh supported strategist Michael Porter within his Institute for Strategy & Competitiveness at Harvard Business School. A Program Manager and Consultant, she led HBS’ “New CEO Workshop,” and partnered with C-Suite executives across industries to address questions related to strategy, social impact, and leadership. Leigh also supported Michael Porter’s research and contributed to faculty books, Harvard Business Review articles, and Harvard Business School case studies on the topics of strategy and creating shared value.
Leigh began her career in Credit Suisse’s Asset Management business with a focus on strategy and risk. She graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. In her free time, you’ll find Leigh doing something fitness-related, hiking and skiing in her home state of Utah, eating her way through New York’s restaurants, or at home with a novel in hand.
