Our Roles

We're looking for a team member who can “hit the ground running” at our twelve-year-old firm. The breadth of our work and intensity of our small team structure make this role demanding and fast-paced, a strong learning and development opportunity with significant client exposure and a steep learning curve. New associates quickly step into ownership roles with significant responsibility.

We're looking for an engagement leader. Engagement leaders are the day-to-day owners of work on the high-stakes questions that range from developing the corporate strategic plan for a Fortune 500 to helping a company transform its culture. Incandescent is much flatter than a traditional consulting hierarchy, and we think about team structures in a flexible, bespoke way.
