Meredith Kellner

Meredith Kellner brings to Incandescent a strong interest in frontiers of change, including new organizations, new business models and system designs, new ways of thinking, and new ways of doing. She is a connector, bringing together both people and ideas across a diverse range of areas in pursuit of insight and opportunity. Meredith fiercely believes that how matters. This fuels her interest in all three of Incandescent’s focus areas: research, advising, and venture development.

Meredith began her career with the consulting firm Katzenbach Partners, where she did both strategic and organizational work with clients in multiple industries. From there she moved into clean-tech venture capital with the Bay Area firm VantagePoint Capital Partners.

After VantagePoint, Meredith spent several years gaining experience in operating roles, first as Director of Business Development with WaterHealth International, a for-profit global company providing access to safe, affordable drinking water to underserved communities in India and West Africa. She then helped to build the global initiative 100 Resilient Cities as part of the initial launch team. Most recently, Meredith served as Executive Director of BizCorps, an organization that seeks to provide high-potential growing businesses in emerging markets with access to global talent.

Meredith earned an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She considers her greatest life education of all to have come from a year that she spent traveling alone through 19 countries, and when time allows, she still loves to travel as much as possible.
