David Kim

David brings to Incandescent a commitment to building collaborative, holistic, and impactful advisory relationships. That commitment is joined by a passion for working and thinking across disciplines.

Prior to Incandescent, David was a management consultant both at McKinsey & Company and Katzenbach Partners, in which roles he advised Fortune 500 companies on issues of strategy and organization. He has served clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, and transportation and logistics.

In addition, he is the founder of JUNCTURE: Explorations in Art and Human Rights, a cross-disciplinary initiative sponsored by the Schell Center for International Human Rights. David collaborates with various artists and curators, while also writing and lecturing on topics in law, ethics, and visual culture.

David is a graduate of Yale Law School and holds degrees from Harvard University (MA, English), and Columbia University (BA, summa cum laude, American Studies).
