Our Roles

For our long term pipeline, we're always open to meeting candidates for the role of Associate. This role includes serving on small advisory teams, working directly for senior stakeholders, working with early-stage ventures, and contributing to the ongoing development of our team and body of research.

We're also interested in meeting candidates for the long term pipeline at the Engagement Leader level. This role plays a central part in the journeys we undertake with our clients, serving as a trusted thought partner and ensuring that the best of the firm’s thinking is brought to bear on questions ranging from strategy and execution to management systems and organizational design. This client leader acts as an ambassador for the firm, cultivating relationships that over time feed into the development of new business and the advancement of our research.
